Gardner is a North Carolina Real Estate broker Land and Farm marketing specialist and founder of Legacy Farms and Ranches of North Carolina. Gardner has a media, marketing, and brokerage career that spans over 30 years in North Carolina serving North Carolina businesses and families. Gardner knows land and farms well and has owned and managed large acreage farms for over 30 years. He has been very active with many state agencies and professional affiliations over the last 30 years pertaining to wildlife management, timber and forestry, soil and water, and other land management and consulting organizations.
 
Gardner has participated in the marketing and sales of thousands of acres of NC timber lands, horse properties, and multi-million dollar properties with estate homes. Gardner enjoys hunting, fishing, surfing, and all aspects of outdoor life. Costa Rica and the Outer Banks are my favorite destinations!
